terms and conditions that govern the use of Ciffpay.com (the site), are as
follows. This site is owned and operated by (“us”- “CIFF Solutions inc. “). We
(CIFF Solutions inc. owns this website and all its content. CIFFPay provides
its services to you (“Customer” or “subscriber”) as per the following
conditions. Violation of any or all these conditions may result in termination
of your transaction and or business.
CIFFPay reserves the right to change the terms of these conditions at any time.
By
using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and
Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Copyright
All content published
and made available on this site, is the property of CIFFPay and CIFF Solutions
Inc. and is protected by international
copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to images, text logos,
documents, downloaded files and anything that contributes to the composition of
this site.
Accounts
When
you create an account on our site you agree to the following.
a) You are solely responsible for your
account and the security and privacy of your account, including password and
sensitive information attached to that account; and
b) All personal information you provide to
us through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful and that you will
update your personal information if it changes.

reserve the right to terminate your account if you are using our site illegally
or if you violate the Terms and Conditions.

Party Goods & Service
Our site may
offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or
accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our site.

conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Between CIFFPay and Customer.
You consent to
receive communication from us via text, telephone call, and e-mail. You also
consent to receive communication through our support at CIFFPay.
Service
Conditions
CIFFPay service
is solely intended for families and friends of incarcerated individuals within
the Correctional Service of Canada (SCS). This service allows for products
(greeting cards, post cards, pictures, pen-packs and money orders to be ordered
and sent from the CIFFPay platform.
a)
CIFFPay reserves the right to prevent disclosing subscription information in
the situation that subscriber is not able to provide verifiable identification.
b)
You the customer is solely liable for all charges associates with purchases
made from CIFFPay.
c)
You the customer will not resell any CIFFPay products.
d)
You the customer may receive transaction history if such is requested in
writing via email.
e)
You the customer, agrees to notify CIFFPay via email or telephone when you want
to terminate a transaction and or is requesting a refund.
f)
CIFFPay reserves the right to cancel a transaction or a purchase without
notice.
Limited
Liability
CIFFPay
and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates
will not be liable for any actions claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and
expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Refunds
Refunds are
reviewed and processed upon written request through email.
a)
The refunded amount will costs incurred by CIFFPay only and not that of our
third-party associates.
b)
Refunds will be issued by original payment method only, less any of the third
party associated costs.
c)
All refunds are subject to a $2 refund fee.
d)
Refunds are not issued for accounts that are in violation of the terms and
conditions.
Changes
The terms and
conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain in compliance
with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the
way we expect our users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of
changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
