CIFFPay is committed to
protecting your privacy and has developed technology that gives you the safest
and most simple online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the CIFFPay
web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the CIFFPay website,
you are consenting to the data practices described in the aforementioned.
Collection of your Personal Information
CIFFPay collects personally identifiable information, such
as your e-mail address, name, telephone number and the product you (our
customers) send to support your friend, family or loved one. CIFFPay also
collects and tracks product types and amounts as it relates Fintrac regulations
that governs reporting policy.
There is also information about your computer hardware and
software that is automatically collected by CIFFPay. This information can
include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and
referring Web site addresses. This information is used by and for the operation
of the CIFFPay services, to keep quality of the service, and to supply general
statistics regarding usage of our Web site.
Please be reminded, if you directly show personally
identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the CIFFPay
Website or by any other on-line portals or website, this information may be
collected and used by others. (CIFFPay does not read any of your private online
communications.)
CIFFPay encourages you to

information. CIFFPay is not responsible for the privacy statements or other
content on Web sites outside of the CIFFPay and our subscribed partner Web

Children Under the age of 18
The CIFFPay Websites is not intended for use by children
under the age of 18 and children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use
our websites. We will remove any information about a child under the age of 18
if are notifies of such and or become aware of it through other sources.
CIFFPay is not intended for children under 18 years of age
and no one under 18 may provide any information to or on the Websites or sign
up for the Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children
under 18.
If you are under 18, do not register on the CIFFPay Websites,
make any purchases through the Websites, use any of the interactive or public
comment features of our Websites, or provide any information about yourself to
us; including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen
name or user name you may use. If we become aware that we have collected or
received Personal Data from a child under 18 without verification of parental
consent, we will delete such information.

Information collected through
the CIFFPay website may be stored and processed in Canada or other countries in
which we or our affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain
facilities. By submitting any Personal Information or by using the CIFFPay Services
and without limitation to any other rights or obligations we have, you consent
to such transfer of and processing in; Canada and the other countries CIFFPay
is affiliated with. CIFFPay, acknowledges that your information may be subject
to access by law enforcement and other government entities, including courts
and tribunals, in accordance with laws applicable in each jurisdiction.
Use of your Personal Information
CIFFPay collects and uses your personal information to
operate the CIFFPay Web site and to deliver the services you are requesting. CIFFPay
will also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other
products or services available from CIFFPay and its affiliates. CIFFPay may
also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current
services or of potential new services that may be offered.
CIFFPay does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to
third parties. CIFFPay may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of
external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest
to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information
(e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third
party. Additionally, CIFFPay may share data with trusted partners to help us
perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, supply customer
support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from
using your personal information except to provide these services to CIFFPay,
and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
CIFFPay keeps track of the Web sites and pages our
customers visit within CIFFPay to determine what CIFFPay services are the most
popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within
CIFFPay to customers whose behaviour shows that they are interested in a
particular subject area.
CIFFPay will disclose your
personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in
the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the
edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on CIFFPay or the
site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of CIFFPay; and, (c) act
under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of CIFFPay,
or the public.
Payment Data
When you make online purchases, you will be asked to
provide information, which may include your payment instrument number (e.g.,
credit card, PayPal), your name and billing address, and the security code
associated with your payment instrument (e.g., the CSV) and other financial
data (“Payment Data”).
We use Payment Data to complete transactions, as well as
for the detection and prevention of fraud.
When you supply Payment Data while authenticated, we will
store that data to help you complete future transactions without your having to
provide the information again. We do not, however, keep the security code
associated with your Payment instrument (e.g., the CSV) in this manner.
To remove, change or modify Payment Data, please log into your customer portal, and update your information as you’d like. If you are encounter any difficulty and cannot make the changes you want, you can contact Customer Support at support@Ciffpay.com. CIFFPay will work with its customers on their requests to ensure the objective is met. CIFFPay may retain some “Data” for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your existing transaction and for the detection and prevention of fraud.
Use of Cookies
The CIFFPay Web site use “cookies” to help you personalize
your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard
disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver
viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be
read by a web server in the domain that issued those cookies.
The primary purposes of cookies are to provide a
convenience feature to save you time. Cookie tells the Web server that you have
returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize CIFFPay pages, or
register with CIFFPay site or services, a cookie helps CIFFPay to recall your
specific information on later visits. This simplifies the process of recording
your personal information, such as senders and recipients name and address (billing
addresses, shipping addresses) and so on. When you return to the same CIFFPay
Web site, the information you supplied previously will be automatically retrieved,
so you can the CIFFPay features that were previously customized.
Each customer has the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser setting to decline cookies if that is your preference. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the CIFFPay services or other Web sites that you visit.

personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a
controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or
disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is

update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. CIFFPay
encourages you to periodically review this Statement, so you can be informed of
how CIFFPay is protecting your information.
